Log in using your FamilyWall credentials
From the FamilyWall app:
- Open the FamilyWall app
- Press log in
- Click on Email or Username to enter one of the following
- Email: you need to use your registered email to log in to your account
- Username: For a child account, you need to use the username.
- Enter the password
- Click log in
From the FamilyWall Website:
- Log in to the FamilyWall website (familywall.com)
- Click on the Connexion button at the top right corner
- Click on Email to enter one of the following
- Email: If it is an email, you need to use the email to log in to your account
- Username: For a child account, you need to use the username.
- Enter the password
- Click log in

- If you're having trouble with your password, learn how to reset your password.
