I forgot my password, how can I access my account?

If you forgot your password and can no longer access your account, you can reset your password. Select “Forgot password?” under the login section, fill in using the email you used to create your account.

Once the password has been reset, you can log in to the service, from Web or mobile application, using your email and your new password.
