If you want to update the email you use to log in to FamilyWall please follow the steps below. Note that if you validate the changes you will need to enter your password. If you're logged in but have forgotten your password, follow the steps under Change Your Password then click Forgot your password? and follow the steps to reset it. Keep in mind that you'll need access to the email associated with your account.
From the FamilyWall app:
- Open the Family Wall app.
- Press on your profile icon (top-left of the main screen).
- Tap on the email used as the account ID.
- Choose Change Email action.
- Enter a new email address and press Next.
- Enter your password and press Next.
From the FamilyWall Website:
- Log in to the FamilyWall website (familywall.com)
- Select the Security & Privacy section.
- Choose the Change Email button.
- Enter a new email address and press Next.
- Enter your password and press Next.
Important: At the end of the process an email will be sent to the new email address to validate the change. Please go to your email box, open the email, and press the validate button. Once validated, a green check mark and mention next to your new email will be on your profile. Please consult, How to validate my email if you need more information.
