If you have subscribed with Android (Google Play):
- Log into your Google Play account: https://play.google.com/store/paymentmethods
- Tap Payment & subscriptions
- Select Payment methods
- Tap Add a payment method
- Choose the payment method you want to use
- Follow the on-screen instructions
If you have subscribed with iPhone (Apple AppStore):
- Open the phone Settings app or tap to manage your Apple subscriptions on your iPhone
- Tap your name
- Tap Payment & Shipping
- Tap the payment method you want to edit
- Enter the new payment information
If you have subscribed directly on our website Familywall.com
- You have subscribed through our partner 2checkout and need to upgrade your payment details directly with them:
https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/
