For Android:
To change from monthly to annual, or vice versa, you first need to cancel your current Familywall subscription on Google Play and then subscribe to the plan you want when your current plan expires.

For iPhone:
You can either access your subscription in the FamilyWall app's Premium section or directly from your iPhone settings.
1 - View your Apple purchases by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
2 - Tap into your FamilyWall subscription
3 - Tap See All Plans
4 - Select your preferred plan
