Please cancel your subscription (or Trial) using the same method used to subscribe (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Familywall web site).
For Android:
1 - Log into your Google Play account or tap to manage Google Play subscriptions on your Android phone
2 - Tap Payments & subscriptions
3 – Select FamilyWall
4 - Tap Cancel Subscription.
Please note that in case of cancellation, the premium will remain active until the end of the trial or the subscription period.

For iPhone:
FamilyWall cannot cancel the subscription for you. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account will not cancel your subscription. You can either cancel your subscription in the FamilyWall app's Premium section or directly from your iPhone settings.
1- Go to the Settings of your iPhone
2 - Tap your [your name] at the top of the screen.
3 - Tap Subscriptions
4 - Tap FamilyWall
5 - Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
Please note that in case of cancellation, the premium will remain active until the end of the trial or the subscription period.

For Familywall.com:
1 - Go to familywall.com and log into your account (You must log in with the account that purchased the Premium). Note: This cannot be done in the app
2 - Tap Premium in the left menu
3 - The Premium pop-up will be displayed
4 - Tap Manage Subscription
5 - Tap Cancel Subscription
