How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

From the FamilyWall app:

1 - Open the FamilyWall app

2 - Click on the "Settings" icon located at the top right of the home screen (the little cogwheel)

3 - Click on "Manage Account" and then on the "Leave the Circle" button at the bottom of the screen

4 - Finally, confirm the deletion by clicking on the "I confirm" button

From the FamilyWall Website:

1 - Log in to the FamilyWall website (familywall.com)

2 - Click on Settings (on the left menu).

3 - Click on Family Members

4 - Click the Leave This Circle button at the right.

Note: Please note that these steps must be repeated for each family you are in and when you leave your last family, your account is deleted.

The personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted with the deletion of your account.
