Changing your account details

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number, or address, anytime by following these steps:

From the FamilyWall app:

1. Open the FamilyWall app
2. From the main screen tap on the setting (icon at the top right corner).
3. Tap on Manage Account.
4. Tap on any field you'd like to update.
5. Click the check icon located at the top-right of the screen after completing all the updates.

From the FamilyWall Website:

1. Log in to the FamilyWall website (familywall.com)
2. Click on your personal avatars to open your profile (on the family bar or on the cover on the left menu).
3. Tap on the Edit button.
4. Tap on any field you'd like to update.
5. Click the save button at the bottom of the popup window after completing all the updates.
