FamilyWall app is malfunctioning

  • If you are experiencing an issue with FamilyWall, first make sure you have updated to the latest FamilyWall version from the App Store or the Google Play store.
     
  • If you are running the latest update, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.

Note: A default message might be displayed stating that your data may be lost. This will not be the case as all your data are stored on our servers.
 

  • If you are still having the issue, try to restart your phone. If you have done all of these things and the problem continues, please send us an email at support@familyandco.com
