Notifications are not received on iOS phones

Here are actions to perform to recover your notifications:

1 - Go to the phone settings, click on "Notifications", scroll down the screen until you find "FamilyWall", click on it, and check that the button located next to "Allow notifications" is green and that the 3 types of alert below are activated
2 - Go to the FamilyWall app settings (icon located at the top right of the home screen), click on "Manage notifications" and check that all the lights are green.
3 - Finally, go to the FamilyWall application settings then disconnect by clicking on the button located at the top right. Once disconnected, click on the "Connection" button then reconnect with your username and password.

These actions should fix the notification issues. If after these actions you still do not receive any reminders, uninstall the application and then reinstall it. Beware, a default message from Apple will be displayed wrongly telling you that your data will be deleted which will not be the case!


Note: When logging in, if a popup asks you to allow the app to send you notifications, please ensure to select "Allow".
